昨年に引続き、古角志奈帆さんの作陶展にお邪魔してきました。
昨年の訪問は、オープンから数日後で殆どの作品は売切れてしまってたので今年は満を辞して来店する事にしました。自宅から30分の道のりを大急ぎのウォーキングで駆け付けて何と今年は一番乗り。オープン前の誰も居ないお店で志奈帆さんとゆっくり会話をしてお写真を撮らせて頂きました。（因みに、写真公開はご本人の許可を得ています。）
Following my visitting last year, I visited Ms.Shinaho Kasumi's pottery exhibition.
Last year's visit was a few days after the opening, and most of her works were sold out, so this year I decided to come to the store with a full head of steam. I hurriedly walked the 30 minutes from my house and was the first to arrive this year. And before the store opened, I had a nice conversation with Shinaho-san and took some photos. (By the way, I have her permission to publish these photos.)
去年は、コロナ禍の真っ最中でお互いマスク越しの会話しかできませんでしたが、今年はマスクを外して頂き、お美しいご尊顔を拝見させて頂きました。それにしても写真撮影としては大失敗で白飛び寸前です。毎回そうなのですが、寛さんのお店での撮影はいつも難しいというか、自分の下手さが浮き出てしまいます。そんな訳で白飛びをクロップで逃げた作品がこちら。
Last year, we were in the middle of a corona disaster and could only talk to each other through our face-masks, but this year, we were able to take off her face-masks and see her beautiful face. As is the case every time, it is always difficult to take pictures at Hiro-san's store, or rather, my ineptness is highlighted. So, here is the work that I was able to get away with by cropping.
あ、まだダメですね。それにポートレートに関しては経験があまりにもないので瞳AFが効いているのかいないのか、そんな確認も現場でできない自分が情けないです。いろいろなポーズをお願いしたいところですが、カメラマンが下手だとお顔は緊張気味のお顔になってしまいます。
Oh, it's still no good. And I'm so inexperienced when it comes to portraits that I can't even check whether the pupil AF is working or not on the spot. I would like to ask her to pose in various ways, but if the photographer is not good, her face will look nervous.
さて、肝心の作品。Now for the important part.
こちらは人気の貫入の作品。僕はもうすでに数枚持ってますが、今年も上のオーバル皿っぽい作品を頂戴しました。
This is a popular piece of cracking. I already have a few of these, but this year I received another piece that looks like the oval plate above.
去年とはやや形状が変わった貫入作品が多いです。どこぞのZOZO親父みたいに無駄なお金があったら全部買い占めたいところですが、未だに必殺貧乏人のワタクシ。笑
Many of the pieces are slightly different in shape from last year. If I had the money, I'd buy them all, but I'm still a desperately poor person. LOL!
ひたすら写真撮影を楽しみましょう。Let's just enjoy taking pictures.
こちらは志奈帆さんの得意とする芸術表現の一つ。昨年も記述したように、廃墟の中に残された貴族の遺品みたいな古色蒼然の中から出た貴賓みたいなabandonの世界。ピクトリアリズムの写真世界に使ってみても面白い作品です。釉薬をどのように重ねていくと薄らと金色が浮き出てくるのか、陶芸の技術に疎い自分には想像も付きません。
This is one of Shinaho-san's specialties in artistic expression. As I described last year, the world of ABANDON is like a noble guest out of the old world, like an aristocratic relic left in ruins. It is an interesting piece to use in the photographic world of Pictorialism. I can't imagine how the glaze is layered to bring out the light gold color, as I am not familiar with ceramic techniques.
